The simplicity of this jacket, and the taping along its zipper and hood, evokes 60's surf jackets, when windbreakers were typically made of tightly-woven cotton fabrics, rather than synthetics. We wanted to do justice to the level of quality available back then, so we made this in Italy in a dense but lightweight cotton that will actually keep the wind out and stand up to repeated wear.
